In short

  • Krama is for adults planning a wedding, and for wedding planners.
  • You pay once per wedding. Add-ons are optional and priced separately.
  • You are responsible for the guest details you add, and for having your guests' permission.
  • Your workspace is deleted automatically on the date set in its settings.
  • These terms follow Indian law.

Who can use Krama

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law. If you use Krama for a business, such as a wedding planning company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens in workspaces you own, including the people you invite and the access you give them.

Price and payment

Krama is sold as one payment per wedding, shown with GST before you pay. Add-ons are optional and paid separately. Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Your wedding's information

You own the information you add. You are responsible for guest details you add: you confirm you may share them with us for planning your wedding, and that you will use them only for your wedding. Guests can remove their own details at any time from their RSVP page.

Automatic deletion

Every workspace has a deletion date, shown in its settings. TODO: confirm the default (the website says up to 60 days after the wedding; the app's current default is 90 days after the last function, adjustable from 7 to 365 days). We remind hosts and planners before that date, and you can download everything or extend it. After deletion the workspace cannot be recovered.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable use policy. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks it, after telling you where we reasonably can.

Suspension and ending

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend access if payment fails, the law requires it, or the service is misused. We will tell you why, where we can.

Changes to the service

We improve Krama over time. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance.

Our liability

We work hard to keep Krama available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the wedding concerned. TODO: lawyer to confirm the cap and exclusions.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in TODO city have jurisdiction.
